Police called to fight group of motorcycles outside Oxford Road cafe

The POLICE was called in for a fight between a group of bikers.

Around 60 to 70 motorcycles were parked at the H Café Berinsfield, during an altercation between a group of men in which four of them sustained head and face injuries but did not require treatment hospitable.

Eyewitnesses described the offenders as wearing typical biker clothing, particularly leather jackets, some of which bore the name Outlaws England.

They rode motorcycles, ranging from Harley Davidson, Triumph, Yamaha and Suzuki.

The force is now appealing for witnesses following the incident in the brawl, which occurred around 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Detective Constable Richard Whitcombe based at Abingdon Police Station said: “This was a major incident of disorder resulting in multiple injuries.

“I appeal to anyone who thinks they have witnessed the incident to contact the police on 101, citing reference number 43210281984.

“You can also make a report online or call the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.

“I am especially keen to hear from anyone who may have captured the incident on their phone or helmet camera, please contact us as the images may aid this investigation.

“Also, if you were in the area at the time of the incident and have dash cam footage, please review them in case they captured anything that could assist with this investigation.”
