Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service Traffic Services Unit continue to investigate a motor vehicle collision in Cambridge.
On January 3, 2022, at approximately 3 p.m., emergency services responded to the area of Pinebush Road and High Ridge Court for a collision between a passenger vehicle and a large utility vehicle.
The driver of the passenger car, a 31-year-old Cambridge man, was transported by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The 50-year-old driver of the van was not injured.
The investigation is still ongoing and charges are pending.

Waterloo Regional Police closed Pinebush Road at High Ridge Court for several hours on Monday to investigate the collision.
