Pokémon Puzzle League joins Nintendo Switch Online on July 15

It’s time to reclaim your Puzzle Master title and become the best (like no one has ever been!) Pokemon Puzzle League The Nintendo 64 video game is set to re-release on the Nintendo Switch Online service on July 15. A new trailer for the game has been unveiled featuring the retro anime footage made exclusively for the title.

Meanwhile in Japan, instead of getting Pokemon Puzzle Leaguewhich was never released in the country, the island nation will get the RPG titles custom bot and its sequel Custom Robot V2, which were never released outside of Japan. This is the first time Japan has gotten an exclusive game on Nintendo Switch Online’s Nintendo 64 app, with the western app marking its first exclusive title with Dr. Mario 64.

Pokemon Puzzle League is the first game to arrive on the Nintendo 64 app from Nintendo Switch Online + expansion pack service that had not been advertised before. The service launched as an extended tier of the NSO service, bringing Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis games (also known as Sega Mega Drive everywhere except North America) for the hefty price of US$49.99 per year.
