Sub-brand of Vivo iQoo is reportedly developing the next flagship range which is expected to launch in China in early 2023. This new series — iQoo 11 — will follow the iQoo 10 series which is already available in the local market but has not yet arrived in India. The iQoo 11 Series may also launch in India long after its release in China.
The Chinese smartphone maker will likely launch two devices in the upcoming lineup: the iQoo 11 and iQoo 11 Pro smartphones. Recently, a tipster revealed some key details about the display that will be used in upcoming handsets. Now, a new report from GizmoChina has also shared the expected camera details of the iQoo 11 series smartphones.
iQoo 11 Series: Expected Specifications
Rumors suggest that the iQoo 11 series smartphones may feature a Samsung E6 AMOLED panel which will offer 2K resolution and support 120Hz refresh rate.
The screen should also feature a curved edge panel and a center cutout for the front camera. The iQoo 11 and iQoo 11 Pro devices are likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset which is yet to be released.
According to the new report, both smartphones in the upcoming series are expected to sport a 50MP primary camera setup. The company would test a new variant of the sony IMX8 series main camera for iQoo 11 series.
This new version of the Sony IMX8 series camera is likely to have a 1/1.5 inch sensor and could be a bespoke version of the existing Sony IMX866 sensor.
The report also suggests that the Pro variant of the upcoming series might retain the 200W fast charging support from its predecessor – iQoo 10 Pro.
On the contrary, the base model of the iQoo 11 series is expected to support 120W fast charging and the iQoo 11 Pro is also likely to support wireless charging.
