Google Pixel 7 Pro will retain the same specs we previously saw on the Pixel 6 Pro, a recent leak suggests.
According to BGR’s story, Google has been keen on its smartphone release lately, especially for its Pixel 6 series line. The search engine titan has done a great transformation and innovation on its recently released wearable devices. .
In doing so, the company abandoned the previous strategy used for the Pixel 5. The success was also attributed to Tensor, the company’s first custom chip that was first tested on the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.
People quickly adapted to the new design of Android flagships. Also, the most noticeable change that has been placed in the device is the horizontal camera bump on the back of the phone.
Apart from that, the Pixel 6 Pro also sports the third camera lens, making it the first Google handheld to have this feature. This hints that the successor could probably stick to the original specs or improve them a bit for a change.

The reliable tipster claimed that Google’s flagship will pack 12.5 MPf/2.2 ultra-wide sensors and the main 50MP f/1.85 GN1 lens. It turns out that the firm will add additional improvements to take full advantage of the Tensor chip.
At this point, the rumored Pixel 7 Pro does not yet have a final release date. However, we can assume that the upcoming range will launch in October 2022.
First Google Pixel 7 Pro design renders
In February, Tech Times reported that a new Pixel 7 Pro leak highlighted its allegedly “identical” design to the Pixel 6 Pro.
Going into its leaked appearance, you might actually notice the uncanny similarities between the two smartphones when it comes to their renders. The report also said that the predecessor’s signature camera bar module is expected to feature in the upcoming flagship.
Additionally, the leaked model appeared to have removed the plastic windows from the mmWave antenna. This resemblance was also present on the Pixel 6 series.
